Focusing on Relationships
Healthy relationships allow both partners to be supported and connected through honest communication while still having individuality and independence. This can mean different things to different people, but the core values tend to be similar. When a person encompasses wellbeing for themselves, a relationship can be the final frontier, the sweet spot in a life enjoyed and cherished.
A healthy relationship starts with your wellness, your boundaries, and having a strong sense of self. Are the relationships in your life healthy and beneficial to your wellbeing? How can we get there? What can you change about your behavior or environment right now that will make today better? We are only in charge of ourselves.

Focusing on Addiction
As a person in long term recovery, I have been mentoring folks in early recovery for over a decade. Work throughout the treatment modalities has given me a broad perspective including an expertise in Medication Assisted Recovery.
I help people better understand the disease of addiction and the resulting confusing and unmanageable behaviors. Working towards better ways of handling day-to-day interactions will help move you toward a happier life. Recovery is possible. Recovery happens.
Recovery is a lifestyle. Although understanding and taking a look at the past is valuable, my approach is more about today. What are you willing to do today for your recovery? How can you make better choices today that will foster positive and healthier outcomes in the future?
